About SALSAOLOGY

Established in 2015, cooking sauce brand SALSAOLOGY was founded as an ode to Creator and Founder Lori Sandoval’s family heritage as well as an ode to the rich and diverse culinary traditions of Mexico. When SALSAOLOGY was launched, the brand sold two cooking sauces, curating ingredients that reflect the culinary experience of Mexico’s Jalisco and Zacatecas regions, in honor of Sandoval’s mother and father’s hometowns, respectively. Since then, she’s introduced additional sauces that bring to life the diversity of other regional flavors. From then, SALSAOLOGY has grown its retail partners to over 250 stores across the country.

Today, SALSALOGY continues to focus on sharing the flavors of Mexico and making them approachable for the everyday modern cook. But more importantly, SALSAOLOGY remains committed to using only the highest quality natural ingredients, locally available that are fresh and clean without preservatives and GMO’s.

For SALSAOLOGY, LA is the perfect backdrop due to the enviable availability of fresh produce and ingredients.
